1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with India's leading courier services (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket, etc.) to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India (or specify if there is a flat rate, e.g., ₹99 for orders under a certain amount).

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, transit times generally take:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

    • Remote Areas / North-East: 7–10 business days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for verified pin codes across India.

  • (Optional Note) A nominal COD handling fee of ₹50 may apply at checkout to cover courier collection charges.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link and tracking ID will be sent to your registered email address (stryxwear.in@gmail.com will be the sender/support handler) and via SMS.

  • You can track your package live using our partner courier's portal.

5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Shipments

  • Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a shipment returns to our warehouse due to an invalid address or because the customer was unavailable after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch the package again.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive your package in a damaged condition, please take a clear unboxing video and photographs of the package and reach out to us immediately within 24–48 hours of delivery.
